These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of jwc.io and any related pages, apps, or services (collectively, the “Site”), operated by Justin's Web Company LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Who can use the Site
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Site.
The Site is not designed to meet industry-specific regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, FISMA). Do not use the Site in a way that would require us to comply with those requirements unless we explicitly agree in writing.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. If you keep using the Site after an update, you accept the updated Terms.

Accounts and security
Some features may require an account.

- Keep your login credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
Account deletion and data
You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@jwc.io. Upon receiving a verified request, we will delete or de-identify your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law or necessary to complete a pending transaction. Deletion of your account does not relieve you of obligations incurred before the request.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site. For example, you will not:
- Break the law or violate anyone’s rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems.
- Interfere with security features, rate limits, or access controls.

If you share User Content publicly, you understand that others may view it.

The Site and its content (including software, text, graphics, logos, and designs) are owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Site for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, sell, license, reverse engineer, or exploit the Site or our content except where allowed by law or with our prior written consent.
Third-party services and links
The Site may link to third-party sites or services. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
Feedback
If you send suggestions or feedback, you agree we can use it without restriction or compensation.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content will be accurate or complete.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUSTIN'S WEB COMPANY LLC AND ITS OWNERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) FOR ACCESS TO THE SITE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Justin's Web Company LLC and its owners, directors, employees, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
- your use of the Site,
- your User Content,
- your violation of these Terms, or
- your violation of any law or third-party right.
Dispute resolution
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@jwc.io. We will attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith discussion within 30 days. If the dispute is not resolved informally, either party may proceed as described under Governing law and venue below.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for others, or used the Site unlawfully.
Upon termination, sections that by their nature should survive will survive, including Your content, Intellectual property, Disclaimers, Limitation of liability, Indemnification, Dispute resolution, and Governing law and venue.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, you agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
Miscellaneous
- Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
- No waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Entire agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement regarding the Site.
